GoldMine Support Options
Hourly Support
Brand new clients may use our hourly support when they need immediate
assistance or during an evaluation phase before they decide to retain us
for an on-going relationship. This option is not as effective as our
other support options because we are only called when there is a problem
(often a crisis) so it tends to be very reactive. The hourly rate for
onsite assistance is $150 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. The
hourly rate for telephone and remote support is $140 per hour
billed in ¼ hour increments.
Pre-Paid Support
Customers may pre-purchase support hours at a reduced rate.
A minimum block of time is 4 hours. Payment must be made prior to setting
an appointment. This plan can be used for onsite, telephone or remote
support. Hourly rates are $125 for onsite and $115 for
telephone and remote support.
GoldMine® Retainer Plan
The majority of GoldMine®
problems can be prevented with a regular, proactive approach to support.
This plan is a discounted, monthly retainer at $100 per hour for a
set number of support hours per month, with minimum of 5 hours per month.. With this plan you get a higher
level of support, more predictable costs, and proactive attention to your
database to avoid lost data and downtime. This plan includes:

Crystal Reports
Design/Writer
We offer your business the
ability to gain full access to your GoldMine® data without the need to
fully understand the complex Crystal Reports application. With
Crystal you can what
you want out of your data, anything from
Activity Reports and Quarterly Sales Forecasting to Merge Letters and
Labels. The rate for creating customer Crystal Reports is $100 per hour.
